We negotiate pricing with our suppliers and pass the savings on to you. All Preventive and/or Predictable Maintenance is billed in one consistent monthly payment, simplifying your budget process. These programs also include all required state and federal vehicle inspections to assure regulatory compliance and avoid audits and fines.
Preventive Maintenance
K. Neal Idealease schedules Preventative Maintenance (PM) around your business hours, often during off-hours or on site to improve vehicle uptime. Most importantly, we get to you and your vehicle before there is a problem! We track PM intervals and remind you and your driver when vehicles are due for service.
Predictable Maintenance
K. Neal Idealease Dedicated Maintenance includes all Predictable Maintenance at a fixed monthly cost. Service repairs include tire and brake replacements, daily driver write-ups, and over-the-road breakdowns. K. Neal Idealease has multiple locations—plus a dozen mobile units— to serve Washington DC, Maryland, and Virginia. We are part of the Idealease network of more than 430 locations throughout North America.
Guaranteed Maintenance
K. Neal Idealease Guaranteed Maintenance program makes it easy to accurately budget your annual vehicle maintenance expenses. We follow OEM vehicle and component best practices that are designed to ensure efficient service and vehicle reliability. At. K Neal Idealease, we manage all aspects of preventive and scheduled vehicle maintenance including diagnostic analysis, OEM update and repair campaigns, warranty processing and tire management.
