Dear Valued Customers, 

We hope you and your loved ones are healthy during this difficult time. While we don’t know exactly what the future may hold, we do feel confident that by working together and supporting each other we’ll emerge from this stronger than before!      

In situations like this, the commercial transportation industry is on the front lines, delivering the supplies needed to keep our communities going. This is a significant responsibility, and we are here to support you. 

• Service, Mobile, Body Shop: Our service center, body shop, and mobile units are here to serve you! These are critical times and we plan to be there for you every step of the way. You may schedule service repair or body stop appointments online. For repair maintenance at one of our locations or through our mobile department, call our Director of Service Marsha at 443-623-7700. For body shop, call our Director Ken at 703-346-7362. 
               
• K. Neal Parts & NAPA Store Our NAPA location as well as our K. Neal parts facilities are open and ready to keep you on the road! You can order parts online here or call our Director of Parts Clarence at 240-286-3886. Please feel free to call or visit our NAPA facility. 
              
•  Leasing and Rental: Should you find yourself in need of temporarily expanding your fleet, or in need of a replacement vehicle, our staff is ready to assist you. We have a variety of units in stock to fit your individual business needs. Please get a quote or call our Idealease Manager Trina at 240-832-5269.
     
• Sales Departments: In compliance with social distancing guidelines, our sales staff will not make in-person visits during this time. However, we encourage you to shop our online inventory or call our VP of Sales Scott at 443-532-1162. We are happy to assist you and match you with a vehicle to suit your needs.
